1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double

The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller in the Baby Jogger range. It's made for travel and easily fits through most doors with its narrow design, it's also one of the most light double buggies available on the market, weighing just 14lb when folded. It's ideal for travel with a toddler and a newborn as you won’t exceed the allowances for luggage on airlines. It can also be folded up into the size of a small travel bag, which means you can put it in the back of your car.

The one-handed Z-shape fold is a breeze and it's extremely compact once you master it. It takes a few seconds to unfold. However, our tester discovered the auto lock to be a bit confusing and as the handlebar wasn't locked to its place when you press it, it landed on her legs when she used it. She also believed that the handlebar was on the short side. This is especially true when a large change bag hangs from it.

Unlike other lightweight travel buggies that aren't loaded with features and is one of the most feature-packed  double strollers  available. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately) and has several recline positions and has a UV 50+ canopy. You can even add the bassinet to either or both seats, and turn this into a travel system.

The four composite wheels made of rubber are perfect for pavements and urban terrain however, they're not designed for off-roading. They struggled on long grass and gravel and there's a lack of space between the wheel and the bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. That being said our tester was still enthralled the buggy and did climb some beautiful dirt hills.

It is not as easy to use on public transport since it requires two hands to hold the handlebar. It's also large and can't be stuffed into the standard car boot with the seat in place, but this can be overcome with careful planning. iCandy includes an infant footmuff and a changing bag in the price, so this is an excellent value for new parents.

They also appreciated that the hoods were able to be moved forward and back and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or for wind protection. They didn't offer the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It might be worth carrying an additional rain cover in the case.

Overall, our testers were impressed with the Nipper double's capacity to allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From seeing wildlife in the forest to rushing to a park to play with their friends they were thrilled. The testers were also impressed by how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability to use car seat in this buggy were cited as a problem by our test participants. They would have preferred a larger storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
