The design is geared towards families that are on moving. Lightweight and easy to carry in one hand compact fold. The front suspension and all-terrain wheel and the multi-position reclining seats, can be used for children up 50 pounds. The tray for parents and kids as well as a large storage bin and a three-tiered canopy that has a the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.
The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its thin feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that seems outdated. It is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for the cheapest option.
It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features to make it worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with minimal effort, unlike many other lightweight strollers that drift off course when trying to do the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height and not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push it with your legs suspended in the air and it's not helping that it lacks padding.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and use. It's a little more challenging to close the cloud, however. You need to slide a slider and then push a large white button to get it to collapse. This can be frustrating when you're trying to keep your children entertained while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It can fit an enormous diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however it's likely that you'll need to put something in it for the back to take it out. The Cloud includes a child and parent tray with two cup holders each, but they're both too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is perfect for traveling. It's light at 18 pounds (lighter than some single strollers!) and folds flat for easy transport and storage. tandem double stroller has independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors are adjustable to accommodate kids of different heights. It also comes with a parking brake that is linked in one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have a good neck control in order to use the front seat. It does come with an attractive, three-panel sun canopy, though each seat comes with its own snack tray and cup holders for parents.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is another incredibly lightweight stroller with a side by side. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) It's got a lot of elegant features that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily and is very mobile. It is easily able to fit in overhead compartments and trunks of airplanes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have some key distinctions. It's a bit more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It comes with a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
If you're looking for a stroller that's light but packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just lightweight at just 13 lbs but also has a lot of storage, including child and parent cupholders, a child's sippy-cup pouch and a parent's storage pouch and more. This stroller is also able to fit the car seat of your child and has an easy-to-engage brake that can be used flip-flop. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by attaching car seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children aged 6 months and up.
This stroller has only swivel-wheels and no locking capability which means it won't be the best option for terrain that is steep or rocky. It's still a good option for families of all sizes, since it can be easily maneuvered on smooth surfaces as well as smooth surfaces.

The stroller is light enough to be able to maneuver through door frames. This was a major issue with other models we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are located close to the ground. The only issue is the small storage space. When it's full of toys for kids it feels tight.
